I appreciated how fast, informative, and relaxed the service was. I didn't feel pressure to do anything to my car I didn't want to. I was given a clear explanation of the recommended services and why they were recommended, and then presented with a choice whether to go forward with each service. I felt comfortable.
The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The service was quick and efficient. I didn’t feel like the staff was trying to sell me more than I wanted and they gave me a first time customer coupon. I’ll definitely be back.
I didn’t receive a good customer service. Workers were arguing with me concerning repairs as if they bought my car. If I was a mechanic I had no need to keep taking my car to them. Customer service is very important to keep business operational.
