Like the SpeeDee people and service. Could be better about recognizing my car as return service and remembering service choices.
1) I know my car takes extra oil at additional charge.
2) I have to request Mobil1 brand specifically on top of full synthetic choice because I do not like the default synthetic.
3) Do not change my tire pressure.
4) Do not check my air filter because I have a K&N aftermarket washable one.
Though I like SpeeDee and have overall good opinion, I have to tell them those same 4 things every single time I come in for service. Would be much nicer if you kept records, remembered my preferences, and I could just say "same as last time".
Work on not over tightening the oil drain plug, as it has been an issue for me a few times causing unnecessary damage repairs. It would be nice to add a camera inside the work bay bellow the car that the customer could watch his her car getting worked on for added peace of mind. Think it would be a first in the automotive world and make speedy oil a pioneer in trusted car maintenance and repair.
Price for my oil change was 30 dollars more than I usually pay
They did not honor a Discount for AAA or online coupons. Finally gave me a $5.00 discount.
Tech said tire pressure was set at 35 psi all they way around and my vehicle was at 32 and 33 psi even after tires were warmed up.
Store was not very clean and didn’t feel confident in employees working there.
