You guys broke my car oil filter cap and then I was not able to take my car on my trip to Arizona. They said they knew were going to break the oil filter cap and then they did they did not have the part to replace it. They then told me I would need to borrow their van. Well no because I was leaving to arizona in a couple of hours which i told the guy from the second I pulled up. If you knew you were going to break anything and didn't have the capacity to replace or fix the part you should have never worked on my car! I was then told that they would pay for my rental car. I was leaving to arizona I needed MY CAR! I got a rental car and came to Arizona and when I called today about my car 1. they would not release my vehicle to my husband 2. they now are saying they will not pay for my rental car. WELL IF IT WASN'T BROKEN BY YOU I WOULD HAVE HAD MY CAR IN ARIZONA SO I DONT NEED A RENTAL FOR ONE DAY I NEED IT FOR 6! Had you not broken my car I would not need the rental car. You are liable to pay for it and you told me verbally you would! I was also told I would be getting my service refunded by the shop manager. I am calling the better business bureau, yelp and I am filing a police report. Whoever is working there is HORRIBLE at customer service they guy yelled at me on the phone. I am going to take you guys to court if you don't do what you said you would do! You put my family at risk you put me in a messed up position and you lied to me! You should not be able to do business in santa clara county and I hope you get shut down!
The young man who completed my service was very polite and explained every action he completed. I have always been pleased by the service at this location.
I appreciate that there is a variety of shopping/food choices on the strip mall to help the time pass quickly. I rarely am there for more than one hour.
I was very impressed with your service from start to finish. When I brought my car in for an oil change, the owner Sharad (sp?) did my intake and he introduced himself and shook my hand. Then after my service was done the technician who had done it took me out and showed me all the oil levels as well as showing me what my different oils looked like vs. new clean oil. They didn’t try to up sell me on a bunch of things but the technician Mike did tell me what services they would recommend for my car and which they would do first, as well as costs for all the services. Overall I had a really positive experience and I would recommend their services.
I've been getting my oil changed at the same SpeeDee Facility on Blosom Hill Road in San Jose, CA for well over 10 years. I was disappointed that the service man was not going to check the condition of my air filters until I requsested it. Also, when leaving, I noticed that he had not cleaned my front window... This is the first time, in all these yeas, that these 2 items were not automatically done! is this what happens when there is a $5.00 price increase?
Well your tech promised me a discount if i got both filters and i was charged full price. So dishonesty doesn't sit well with me. Means you could lie about other stuff too, with a smile and a hand shake
Worker are very nice and know what they are doing 5 stars. Met the owner of speeds. Mr. Pravin "PJ" Patel. He is very nice and answer all my questions. 5 stars. There was croissants and donuts andd coffee there for the customers. Place was clean and neat 5 stars. Bathroom was clean 4 stars.. Waiting room was claen. 4 stars. i will go bak there again with my 2010 Mustang for an oil change again. 4.6 stras across over all. Speeds is more better then oil changers .
I went for a Smog Check, knowing that a previous center was unable to connect to the computer. They said they'd check anyway. When they said the smog check was done, they said a small fuze was blown, causing the lack of connection, and they fixed it, then did the smog check.
This extra service will bring us back and encourage our recommendation of this shop.
