I got frosting done on the glass walls inside of an office suite. The quoting process was easy and conversational, the service was scheduled quickly and completed as expected without much fuss. Overall a really good experience. The job got done quickly, well, friendly, and at a good price. The one piece of constructive feedback that I have is that during the quoting process, I gave measurements of the glass panels during the quoting process to try and get an accurate quote. I wasn't expecting that the measurements I provided myself would be used exactly to cut the frosting panels; I would have thought the team would have wanted to take their own measurements since I'm not really a professional at that type of thing. When they showed up for the installation, most of my measurements ended up being slightly shy here and there by an inch or so. Luckily, we're in a mostly temporary space and weren't feeling super fussy about it, so we just had them center the panels on the glass and leave small gaps on the edges; I was just surprised that they actually cut and sent out product based on my measurements without taking their own. Again, an overall great experience, would recommend to others, just a piece of constructive feedback.
