I had a wonderful experience working with SpeedPro on my banner. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process, explaining the different materials they use, offering guidance, and keeping communication clear and timely. Delivery was smooth and professional. Although I haven’t had the chance to use my banner at a job fair yet, I’ve used it several times at my school and the quality is excellent. It’s sturdy, visually appealing, and holds up very well. Even though SpeedPro is located near the Denver area and I am in Colorado Springs, they shipped my banner with no issues or damages, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I actually chose SpeedPro because I met people at a job fair who highly recommended them and spoke very positively about both the company and the durability of their banners. After my experience, I can confidently say I agree! Thank you so much, Januarie, for all your help and support! Highly recommend SpeedPro.

Exceptional quality and beyond superior customer service and support. We are very much in living in a time of "too bad so sad" when orders/vendor contracts go awry. Fortunately, I found SpeedPro and Januarie's team who do not adhere to that motto -- instead, they embody what it means to be a customer-centered business. They showed compassion, understanding, and worked with me to achieve the best possible outcome following an issue with a different vendor. Working with online print suppliers is fine, until something goes wrong and you have to wait hours to get ahold of a human being only to be told you are out of luck. Working with SpeedPro, I had clear, timely communications at every touchpoint of the process in addition to all of the above and beyond support I received. You have a customer for life :)!
