We were happy with being able to use a local company rather than a big online retailer. I was able to get answers to initial questions in a timely manner, and the finished product was just what we asked for. There was a delay in the beginning getting our quote, but apparently the email went to the wrong staff member. Also, in that email I asked for a quote on another product that didn't come to fruition. Overall, we were happy with the product and glad to work with SpeedPro.
