JoAnn and Spiro were thorough and informative throughout the rental process. They considered our parameters carefully and provided good guidance during the rental search. Every aspect of this process right from the planning till the signing of lease and after, they constantly checked in to see if there were any issues and provided solutions to these problems. They made the experience seem easier than it needed to be and we are very appreciative of this level of service.

JoAnn and Spiro are wonderful! They took the time to understand our needs, expectations and answered our questions. We had time constraints with our apartment lease about to expire and a demanding newborn; and they came up with flexible schedules that worked for us. They were also very empathetic with us and we felt they actually cared about our needs being met. Definitely would recommend them and would love to work with them again!
