I had used Splash as a weekly pool cleaning service from 2002 to 2017. At that time they placed a new motor and filtration system that I was able to maintain by myself. They have recently had to come out for repairs. The process has been seamless and professional. They have stood behind their warantee without fuss. I highly recommend this company.

There was a serious problem with my pool/spa. I was originally with another company that was sold? to Splash. As I had a salt water pool it took several service people until a knowledgeable one with salt pools was found to work on my pool. Until then a supervisor came to service my pool several times. Then there became a problem with my phone connecting to the pool system and after several "misconnections" we were able to "connect" and found the solution to another ap being set up witht my knowledge. Long story short the company "stayed with me" until everything was corrected and set right.
