Rain is fantastic about communicating with us at every step. He lets us know when he is on his way, when he is finished, and also if there are any concerns we need to be aware of. He is steady and reliable and it makes the service easy. The pool always looks great when he leaves and it is not an easy pool to care for so his effort is noticed and appreciated.
