Our Pool Operator Juan is very professional. He cleans and vacuums the pool and checks the pool equipment each time he arrives. When he leaves he forwards a copy of the weekly findings with the results of chemistry tests and visual findings of the visit.

James was great! He went about his business in an efficient and professional manner, and communicated what he was doing all along the way. Because it was our first time with Splash, he may have had a little more effort to put in, although he said that the pool wasn't horrible, although it did need the work. He also was a very nice person!

I really liked how detailed the technician was. There were pictures attached to my invoice. The payment process was very easy. It was all in the email that came with my invoice. My pool was turning yellow and green and now it looks beautiful. Thank you!
