I like the fact you can sign-up via the app for haircut appointment and see the wait time. You don’t have to wait at the store if you have a long wait time. The stylists are very friendly and I have gotten a great haircut from them. I really like that I can get a shampoo after getting a haircut to reduce the amount of loose hairs. A suggested improvement would be the ability to change the channel to an actual sporting game and not watch big ESPN every time.

The rating has everything to do with the stylists and Arica at my local Sport Clips is the best. I get a great cut every time and she has MAGIC HANDS.. The scalp massage she provides is nirvana. She and everyone else there are very friendly and attentive. The time estimates are solid, so no one's time is wasted..

The personnel are always friendly, most times the wait isn't too bad. Price is ok. I don't get any discounts sent to me, even during my birthday month. Not sure why.
