My Grandson wanted his hair cut like his brother. I asked that they update his card to reflect this. I asked for a second time, not done. 3rd time I registered him under his brothers name and explained why. I didn't see any updates being made and never asked for his brothers name. His bangs are crooked so we'll need to stop in again to have this fixed next time we go to Appleton.
