My last haircut was great. The stylist did a great job and paid attention to detail. The one before that at a different store made me feel like I was the customer no one wanted. The stores are not owned by the same person. Makes no sense that the app works for all locations yet my haircut notes do not get shared. Why is that?

The staff at my salon in Akers Mill are always welcoming and friendly. My stylist treats me like the most important customer for the next 30 minutes or so. I wish that I was able to reserve or schedule an actual appointment time. The process now to ‘Join the Lineup’ can be hit and miss resulting in wait times in excess of 100 minutes.
