I like the ability to book a place in line with the stylist (Deanna - she’s the best) with a system with notes of how my hair is cut. Additionally, I see Deanna because of the patience, grace and skill she exemplified cutting my special needs son. She never made it feel like a bother unlike so many other places we’d taken him.
