I like being able to use the app to set up when I need to go in and get my haircut instead of waiting and wondering for a long time when it's my turn especially when I have my favorite stylist. My haircut is always done just as I want it and Courtney is very nice!

I appreciate my local Sports Clips. While this most recent experience wasn't the best example of the haircuts typically received, when I returned and explained my concerns, my haircut was immediately fixed. This was the first time I've experienced a problem at Sports Clip, and I was very happy with how it was resolved. Thanks for all you do and keep the great work up! I'll see you again for my next cut!
