Helen is fantastic and in the past I had a barber for 7 yrs I would pay $60-$80 including tip bc we had developed a relationship. After several yrs Helen has filled that roster spot and the care and precision I get for a basic cut is a steal!! I try and tip her well so I hope this message highlights her talent and customer service.

The gentleman we had, he was a breath of fresh air. He should be working at a high end salon. My son had the best experience he’s ever had in so long, as did I as a parent. Customer service was amazing, haven’t received such great service since before covid. I wish this man worked near where we lived because we would literally drive an hour just to see him but unfortunately we just seem to have gotten blessed with him while we were on a little vacation.

The service I got from Jonathan S. was impeccable! As a new customer I was gifted the MVP service complementary and it was amazing, very relaxing while the wife did her shopping! My haircut is normally just part of a routine of things to get done but after my experience with Jonathan and Sports Clips, it’s something I will continue to look forward to, and to maintaining my new style! A stylist (Helen) became agitated and aggressive when I asked her to take more hair off. She obviously wanted me out of her chair for the next customer. She told me that I didn’t tell her correctly and continued to berate me. I finally asked her if she was going to let me speak at which she slammed down the comb and began to use her clippers with an extra amount of pressure. She then told me to get the mirror and let her know if it was okay. It was the first time I have ever not tipped a stylist. Helen needs some customer service training and anger management courses.
