The service is consistent and I have never had a bad experience at this location. Jo always does an amazing job with my haircut! And on top of that, she is always positive and holding conversations with clients. I highly recommend this location and Jo specifically. Helen has also cut my hair when Jo was out and she also does a great job! Very detail oriented.

I was assigned to Bianca. It was a Blessing.
I called ahead to ask if someone could cut black/ethnic hair, they stated yes so I drove directly to Sports Clips.
It was clear that Bianca was very popular as even with a reservation I needed to wait about an hour. I didn't care, I just wanted to stop looking like I was just rescued from a deserted island.
Once it was my turn, Bianca was very kind and thoughtful and greeted me to my seat. She apologized for the wait and asked me how I wanted my hair to be cut. To an extent I didn't know exactly what I wanted, but I wanted it to look good. She understood, and accepted that I still wanted an afro, and a nicely trimmed, but full, beard.
So as we are starting, she begins with the top of my head to work on the afro. It now looks amazing. Not only did she ask for confirmation at least 3 times, she told me where she needed to let me hair rest so that she could come back to it after working on my beard. I felt in control but still allowing her creative control to make sure I looked good.
By then end I looked like I could be cast in the next BET movie. I haven't looked this good in years, and my friends were very impressed with my hair cut.
This was a great experience from start to finish with the VIP cut and the Beard Trim. I will gladly suggest this location (and specifically Bianca) for their professionalism and follow through. Thank you.
