I made a reservation online and had accurate appointment updates. I arrived on time and chose next available. I knew two of the hair dressers from previous visits (Rose and Rosie P) but the third one was new to me. She had short cut hair that was dyed green and I was mildly hoping I would not get her. But as fate prevailed I ended up with Denise.
But Denise was good! She listened to what I wanted in a haircut and she followed directions and gave me a great haircut! She was very friendly and we talked about Austin (she grew up in Austin) and all the changes that had taken place in the past 20 years.
Not only did I get a great haircut I also met a kind soul.

Rosie is amazing! I’ve been going to the Westlake location for a couple years now and it’s the best location in Austin (my opinion). I will say that my previous haircut was with a new girl that had no clue what she was doing (Denisse? on 1/29). Denisse was the name in the computer when she rang me up but not sure if that was her name or if she used someone else’s login? She had short black hair. She wore latex gloves and was obviously new to cutting hair and new to the Westlake location. I had to finish the haircut myself at home as it was a big fail. I would have never comeback if that was my only experience but, Rosie, Rose and the others have been great!
