Been a customer of this location forever it seems. My regular stylist was enjoying some well-earned time off so I went with first available. It was a great experience.
Store was packed on a Thursday afternoon due to holiday? Somewhat understaffed, but stylists working hustled and kept pace. Some in lobby were concerned with wait time
I have made this suggestion in other surveys, but there was a time when there was a 'QA' assessment done on a haircut by another stylist before being done with a customer. I think this creates the right focus and allows for small oversights to be caught so that people don't get caught in moving customers through too fast without some check. I believe this practice would be good for everyone.
