After the third time checking in online for the Sarvail ave location and DRIVING THE 25 MINUTES arriving on time only to be told that I was NOT in the system or line up that was the final straw. Never will ever return to that location. No real apology or explanation other than a shrug of the shoulders and have a seat and in two hours we can try to fit you in. I called the Avondale location to see if by chance I had been scheduled there in error explained my issues and YOU WERE GREAT....APOLOGIZED AND IMMEDIATELY GOT ME IN THE QUE and 25 minutes later I was given the best service and cut to date! I will only use this AVONDALE location period. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!! GREAT MGR RESPONSE And my stylist VICKY was amazing, personable and professional and just amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU.
