Lorissa at this store did everything right. I chose to get the MVP package and when it came to the additional stuff, the hair wash and the shoulder massage she did not skimp at all. It seemed like she really cared about what she did and about the customer and her conversation was warm and charming. The biggest issues I ever have with this company at all is just the lack of consistency. What I experienced with Lorissa is what I was originally introduced to when I switched to this company but lately there has been a poor quality in some of the add-ons, the head massage the shoulder massage, etc. so go Lorissa
