I really like sports clips. I get a better haircut than other chains. They also have a good atmosphere and the extra service (wash, hot towel) is nice. While I give 10/10, my one critique is with the check in service. I work about 25-30 minutes from the sports clips by my house and when I get my haircut it's usually on the way home. I have several times checked in online, had few or no customers in the store so I get called right away while I'm driving there and then cancelled for being absent, and then when I arrive, have to sit there and wait for other people who showed up after me but checked in online. If someone checks in online and no one is in store, maybe don't cancel right away, especially since you will honor other people's online check -ins while I have to wait for them.
