I like the app that lets you hold your place in line without waiting in store. The stylists have been sociable and competent. The only hair product I have purchased is the fiber paste, which works well on my very fine hair. Emily and Ballwin does a great job. She pays attention to past notes and is focused while she is cutting. But she’s also friendly and sociable.

We just moved to the area, and we’re so fortunate we found a great place to cut our boys’ hair. Our stylist, Angela, was fantastic! She was friendly, kind, and did a wonderful job. Our boys were big fans!

The app is easy to use and I can see if my favorite stylist is working. It is also nice to gauge when to arrive so I am not waiting long. The shop is always clean and the staff is always welcoming when you first walk in the door. The crew seem to work well together and are friendly and fun. The staff seem to be well trained and do an excellent job.
