The hair products are great and work well. I enjoy the MVP service and my stylist is very personable and professional. Your app on the other hand is wonky. There are times when I schedule an appointment my wait time increases instead of decreases. Sometimes it is only by 20 minutes, but other times it is 60 minutes or more.

I like that i can check in on the app and if there is a wait I don’t have to wait there I can go about doing my thing until I need to be there. The MVP treatment is pretty awesome too

This is the only place my Sensory sensitive son will ask to go! Everyone at the Bangor store is fantastic with him! We're tried Supercuts when the wait is too long and never again. His hair was a hack job. Every time we have come to sports clips I have been happy with his hair! We also bring our niece for a side design and she loves it too!!
