love that you keep a log of everything you did at the last cut, it makes it so much easier to make small adjustments or just simply say "same as last time". Every stylist I've had has been great, very friendly and very professional. Also love the Gibs product line and there willingness to help show me how to try to use them to get the look I want while on my own.
