It was a good experience only thing was I was scheduled to get the hair cut at 620pm but wasn't actually put in a chair till 730pm. But they were short staffed cause of weather so I understand overall very good experience andu stylist was super nice and friendly

the stylist I go to, Sam, is great. I do not use your products. However. I do not feel a questionnaire is necessary every time I get my hair cut. that's too much!
