Great customer service and value. Convenient location. Only issue is with inconsistent MVP service. Specifically, the towels are rarely hot enough - lukewarm most of the time.

Clean efficient well run store. Every worker seemed engaged and friendly. Every customer was welcomed as they enter the store. The hair cut is always great, and I can select the stylist I want. This time I had her trim my beard for the first time. I don't know why I haven't done so before. Her work was excellent. Ok. My only misgiving is that both the app and the webpage both failed to give me the list of stylists to select on that day, with several attempts. I've been successful repeatedly doing so in the past but this time around I had trouble. It was apparently an IT thing. I really wish I could schedule a stylist for the following day, which you do not allow. It would make an early appointment easier for me.
