The stylists are always super friendly and the mvp is great, very relaxing. I drive 30 minutes to go to sports clips over anywhere else.

I appreciate that I am treated as a valued client instead of a customer on an assembly line. I like personal attention and frequent this business because I have received such care in the past. I am glad that the apparent business model has not changed such that I would feel less than appreciated as an individual client. I frequent this business because I do feel like I am being given the time to get the haircut I want.
