Your stylists give overall attention to their customers. Because you keep records, you know when I was in last and what equipment was used to cut my hair. Your stylists offer shampoos and massages and hot towels, all of which I take advantage of every time. Finally, you offer useful products for retail sale that help keep me looking good until my next visit. You guys are pretty much flawless!
