Nona and the Bend store are wonderful people and expert stylists. I truly enjoy my visit every 2-3 weeks. Only downside is Sports Clips online wait time estimator ... it's rarely close to accurate in my experience. For example, it will estimate an appointment in 1 hour, and then 15 minutes later tell me I need to be at the store in 15 minutes, and so am rushing from across town. Once this made me miss my reserved slot by 5 minutes and so I had to wait in the store for over an hour for the next available walk-in opening. No fault of the Bend ladies, rather your corporate technology.
