My stylist Jamie was very friendly and helped me figure out what kind of haircut I was looking for and executed it exactly. I like how notes from previous haircuts are saved for reference for future visits. I also got a coupon for a discount on an MVP, which was also a nice experience. I was really happy with my haircut.

Jazzy did an amazing job with our haircuts. She was fun, engaging, and kept the store running smoothly. I don't know what you're paying her, but it's nowhere near enough. She's great, and the team is great. You can tell they have a great time, and that is a direct reflection of her management of the store.
