Great staff, haircuts performed in a timely manner. Facility is always clean, staff is knowledgeable about product and always asks if anything is needed, but do not oversell or "push" sales. I have not had a bad cut from ANY stylist. "Barber shop" quality on the go! Keep up the great work Bentonville.

My stylist fixed a bad haircut from another establishment. I respected her listening to me and taking the time to fix my air. She was friendly and gave me outstanding advice about what to tell my next stylist regarding my hair. I felt like a true VIP and not a bother.

When I sat in the chair and was asked how I normally do my hair, I told Michayla and when I told her I didn’t want to do it that way, I had a picture of what I wanted, without seeing the picture, she said that she thought I would like a certain style….. it was the same style as the picture that I had!!!! Amazing service!!!! The products are clean and smell great!
