One again I had an exceptional Sports Clips experience on 09-01-25 at the Berlin, MA store. I cannot remember a time when I did not have anything but positive words and accolades for Paula and Sara, when she is available. Paula consistently does outstanding work and she is always pleasant, professional, kind, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and and you can always tell that she truly enjoys her position and is an example for other to model after. She should be commended for the work that she does every day that she works.
Both are outstanding employees that any Sports Clips store would be thrilled to have. They do exceptional work and are always pleasant and happy, which is evident in the feedback provided. They do not just provide a haircut for men, they provide an experience which is valued and which each employee should strive for to achieve. Their dedication to their profession should be recognized and communicated to them. They always strive for and achieve the highest quality of customer satisfaction. I look forward to my next experience and not just my next haircut. Thank you!

Another excellent haircut and MVP service by Paula. She has been cutting my hair for a few years now and knows how to make me look good and feel even better. I always get the triple MVP service and it makes me refreshed and relaxed. I have been a customer of the Berlin-Hudson Sport Clips since the day the location opened and have never had a bad experience.

Often times when asked to provide feedback on a customer experience, I have to wonder
is anyone truly providing the feedback to the employee"? I trust that my feedback is being communicated back to the stylist at Sports Clips in Berlin, MA. Specifically in this case it would be Paula on 08-11-25 at 11:55 AM. I shutter t think of where this particular store would be without both Paula and Sara employed there. I understand that Sara is often times at other locations but she truly shines with her leadership talents and outstanding personality when she is in Berlin.
As always, Paula does outstanding work and is the most valued employee in the Berlin location. I have had others cut my hair but none can compare to Paula and her abilities. She has earned and deserves all the accolades given to her and more. She is accurate, friendly, always pleasant, promotes customer satisfaction and ensures that the customer receives what he requests. I have always sent more people I know to Sports Clips in Berlin because of both Paula and Sara. They are truly remarkable in their respective roles.
The store is always presentable and exceptionally clean, which I for one always look for in any store. Paula is extremely accommodating and will always strive to be the best employee she can be as she represents the Berlin location. She always has a smile for everyone she greets as they enter the store and is extremely articulate at multi-tasking in her position. She should be considered and recognized as a valued employee and is a valuable role model for less experienced stylists.
I sincerely trust that this highly positive feedback will make its ay to both Paula and Sara and they should be singled out for not only a job well done on a consistent basis, but for being the face of Sports Clips and the valued employees that they are. Thank you!
