I really enjoy Megs and how she cuts my hair. She has gotten to know me and we have a great conversation while she cuts my hair. She is always asking me how I like my hair. She is very customer oriented. The shampoo she uses along with the hot towels are amazing! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I don't find and real differences in your products compared others of similar type. I have no complaint about any of your products.
The waiting time in the app is goofy sometimes. Waiting time may show 13 min. Then move to 9 min. Then move to 28 min. Then do a major decrease. The clock inside is reasonably accurate but does not seem to be in real-time with the app.
All but once I was happy with my haircut. The employees are friendly and provide a positive experience. There does seem to be some employee turnover for reasons unknown to me.

The haircut was done really well, as someone with social anxiety occasionally haircuts can be pretty exhausting mentally, but Sarah was very okay with keeping the haircut kind of quiet which was nice. She asked questions about length and other parts of the cut when needed and im very happy with the result. The hair powder used was also really nice and gave me freedom to adjust my hair as necessary without any issues and I'll definitely be picking some up in the future.
