I like the check in process and how I can select my stylist.
I use the same stylist every time I go to my local location. Sarah is amazing at her job. She cuts hair great, is engaging, friendly and when I want to change my style she really good at explaining how to do it and how it will turn out before the cut is done.

Grace gave me a great haircut as usual. She also told me about a new product line that the store would now be carrying. She used this new product in my hair at the end of the haircut and explained the benefits of it. Once my current stock runs out I plan on buying the new product which was called, Bio Fuel conditioner for hair with the new Amber smell. I currently use the Bio Fuel conditioner for hair that has a smokey smell to it. I prefer the Amber smell of the new product that Grace used on me today.
