I enjoy the staff and interacting with them. I've never been disappointed with every haircut I've received. The haircuts are consistently professional and satisfying.

I like the app to "get in line" without having to wait in store. Occasionally it is a little off on timing but still better than waiting in store. My stylist, Abigail pays attention to what she is doing but also remains personable throughout the visit. She does a good job on my challenging cowlicky head of hair.

The quality of the haircut is a 10. The hot towel on the face and shampoo and scalp massage make it well worth a few extra dollars over the competitors.

Grace has been cutting my hair for a couple of years. I get a perfect cut everytime. Grace is a great person and stylist and is a credit to Sport Clips. As far as I am concerned, Grace is the best.

I didnt catch her name.. it was 3/10 out in the Heights (Billings) but my son whose autistic and has severe anxiety went in to get his hair cut.. it was REALLY long- he was afraid to go anywhere. She was so positive and encouraging and when he walked out he was smiling and talking non-stop all the way home.. even to strangers!! Which is something he rarely does!! I dont know what she said to him during their time but KEEP HER!!!!! <3
