The stylists are always great, very pleasant, and listen carefully. I've never had a bad experience that way. My only feedback is when you request a specific stylist, this time it was just stuck on 6 minutes waiting time for about 15 minutes, and never updated. Finally, it updated to 5 minutes, then it was actually a 5 minute wait until the stylist was ready.

Nichole gave me one of the best haircuts I have ever received. She was super professional and friendly. This was my first visit to the Boise location. Nichole really took her time and made sure that I was on board with everything. She is a real asset to Sport Clips and I will definitely be back.
