My previous ranking is for the stylist Lisa only, not sports clips. She is the only one I have ever used and the only one I will use! I followed her from another facility here in Boise and I would follow her to another employer without hesitation so you had better not lose her! She is fantastic! Not only is she great with my very difficult hair but I have grown to consider her a friend. She should be the model of the type of stylist you want! She is extraordinarily good at cutting hair but is also personable, friendly and willing to go the extra mile for her customers. I tip her well with gifts at the holidays not because I feel an obligation, I have no problem with not tipping at all if I'm not happy, but rather because I so value the work she does and more importantly the manner in which she does it! DO NOT LOSE HER! She should be the standard for which all of your stylists strive and in doing so will ensure your success in a very competitive industry!!!

Stephanie at the downtown Boise location is the absolute best! All I have to do is show her a picture with a general idea and my hair turns out better than expected every single time. I am also in a wheelchair and cannot transfer to the stylist chair, and she is so accommodating every single time working around my wheelchair.
