They are always busy, but that’s a good sign. That’s why I love the online/app check in, so I don’t have to wait. More expensive than local/small shops, but the app/no waiting makes worth it. Plus I get the wash, so I’m not itchy until I can shower later.

Everytime I go, the staff are friendly, professional, and I've never received a bad haircut! I always leave feeling like $1M!!! On this visit, Emily was engaged, funny, and gave fantastic service!! During the shoulder massage, I didn't want it to end. It felt just that good!!! Emily also had good recommendations for hair care products, too!!
