I went to the Camarillo location for the first time. It's nice that they have the notes of how I like my haircut from the other locations. It's always a good experience. I've never had anything but a good experience. It's nice to get the hot towel on your face and massage totally worth it. I have no complaints

First off Gigi gave me a great haircut. None here have been bad, but hers was the best I have had in years. I like the location, professionalism and skills of your staff and the wash and massage with your MVP. I can not fully recommend you to everyone, because you do not have a reservation system. Many times I have scheduled a haircut and been Next in Line, but a minute before I get there the person who was going to cut my hair is just seating someone and it drives my crazy. At least it hasn't happened the last two times I have been here.
