Well the ladys was very nice and acted very professional.All I wanted to do was just set back , close my eyes and just relax . Next time I will hopefully she’s the one that cuts my hair then too.
We had taken my son to Great Clips and they like butchered his hair, it was horrible. I left and went to Sports Clips, got right in and it was the BEST experience and my son NEVER wants to go anywhere else again. And I agree! the lady was SO kind, did exactly what we asked and saved him from a horrible haircut. Saved Easter for my family pictures! :)
I got in in good time and the haircut that I received was good as always and the service was good! My stylist was Becca and she always does a good job!
The stylist who cut my son's hair did an amazing job, so fast and blended so well! Very polite. I prefer to name people in reviews like this (but I can't remember) because I'm fully aware that corporate America doesn't actually care about what it takes to make a business work right or ever listen to the employees, let alone fairly compensate them but they do rely on these customer surveys to punish said employees under the guise of using surveys to improve the quality of services. I will say... the online check in needs to be reworked. I almost didn't finish the online check in because it said there was a 78-84 minute wait. When we got there, there was only 2 clients in chairs and no one waiting. People who check in and don't show up within an allotted amount of time should be removed or times should be estimated by the customers actually checked in in person, also if someone walks in without checking in online and are waiting, they should still come before someone who's been checked in online but didn't show up for a long time. Or no longer accept walk ins. As a mom who sits in the chairs the whole time, this is what customers complain about. None of which has anything to do with your stylists. They've always been polite, made my son's feel welcome and do an amazing job.
