Easy to setup appointments, MVP service is a treat and I appreciate the birthday month coupons, one of which I just received and used yesterday.

The ability to schedule on short notice and the fact that the stylists listen to me when I explain what I want done. I've been to other places where I'm scheduled for a certain amount of time, and the stylist feels I should get my money's worth so they keep cutting even though I only want a trim.
