Sylist that was there and cut my hair for last couple of years left and that is always hard. Alison assured me last visit she understood and did a great job making me comfortable. This 2nd visit she again welcomed me, made a suggestion from a style we saw on TV. We went for it and today I have recieved a number of compliments on my hair.
I enjoyed the conversation and witnessed her providing excellent service to customer before me. Very satisfied

Not every stylist is the same by far. But we found Allison when she was working at the Westfield location for a day in September and she was so nice to my 10 year old boy and did an awesome haircut. He is on the autistic spectrum and she was the best. So much so, she told me her home location and we traveled to that one for this haircut and will continue to travel to see Allison.
