I do like that you have the MVP available and when I get my haircut by Kayla I'm always happy with the results. I've had some good cuts and bad cuts at several different Sport Clips locations. The hot towel and tea tree shampoo treatment is great. I typically don't buy hair products there because they're overpriced. There should be more consistency from store to store in terms of pricing and availability of Punch Cards and other incentives. The All-Star treatment neck trim is a nice option but it shouldn't cost $7 at one location and $10 at another because it directly affects how much you're going to tip because if you're being charged too much you might tip less which means you're not supporting and showing respect to your stylists. Some stores are overcharging for their MVP treatments just because of location like Carmel versus Indianapolis. Just because the tax base is higher doesn't mean people want to pay more for a walk-in haircut.

Sylist that was there and cut my hair for last couple of years left and that is always hard. Alison assured me last visit she understood and did a great job making me comfortable. This 2nd visit she again welcomed me, made a suggestion from a style we saw on TV. We went for it and today I have recieved a number of compliments on my hair. I enjoyed the conversation and witnessed her providing excellent service to customer before me. Very satisfied
