When we bring our kids into the store often times the stylist will NOT confirm what type of service we want for the kids. Often they will assume that they are getting wash/massage when we normally do not want that for our 10 year old.
It feels like they are trying to slide in an upcharge
First, I have been consistently impressed with the staff, regardless of which location I use. I truly appreciate them asking me what I want, making suggestions, and actually LISTENING when I talk. I really like that regardless of location, they have on the computer how I like my hair cut and any specific preferences that may have. Finally, I get a consistent haircut at a reasonable price that I am happy with when I leave.
