Stylist was excellent and finished quickly and must have listened closely because it was exactly what I asked for. She used a after cut product I will purchase on my next visit. Hope she is there next time. Seems like new stylist every time. Must admit I feel like I'm rolling the dice and have been disappointed in the past. Most of the time decent results. My most recent stylist was really good. Wish I remembered her name and she's there next visit.

It’s nice to be able to go online & set your Day & Time of Haircut! That way, you get there & don’t have to wait forever! The Stylist I’ve had the last 2 times, really knows how to cut hair! The previous cut was late December of 2025, & I told her about issues with the back, & when she started cutting, said I can see why you’re having problems! It’s cut wrong!. She told me it may take another cut or 2, to correct the Problem! So I let it grow out more, waited for next cut, & signed in for THIS CUT with the same Lady! Her name is Christie! And she said now, we can start working on fixing the Problem! She’s very Sociable, so we talked, I left the Store 2/9/26, went home, & washed out my Hair!. WHAT A FANTASTIC CUT SHE GAVE ME! She said sill a work in progress, so maybe by next cut she’ll have it straightened out. FANTASTIC CUT! She worked on my hair for almost 45 Minutes! I’m so glad I found her, she’ll be cutting my Hair from now on!! (I’d like to take advantage of other Cut Packages, But I just had Spine Surgery in my neck, & don’t dare!)
