Never had that type of customer service or treatment before when getting my haircut. I felt heard and understood when Leandra was asking about what type of haircut I wanted. I did not feel rushed out the door and she took her time to make sure she got it right. It was also nice to have a funny and lighthearted conversation and I honestly had a great time getting my haircut, which is a big deal because I used to dread it as I could never find the right stylist. I will definitely be coming back and the MVP experience was awesome!
