My experience was great. Josie is always very nice and remembers how I get my hair cut. She always checks to see how I’m doing on my products and recommends useful ones.
The MVP service is always worth it. I enjoy the hot towel, the shampoo, and the massage. The wait times are always good when I check in online. Josie consistently does a great job cutting my hair.

Josie is the best store manager and human being you could ask for. She has been cutting my hair for years. I have never seen her lose her cool or get short tempered with her staff or clients. She is the best and the company should be proud and appreciative to have her as an employee. She is an asset to the organization and makes everyone around her a better person.

I love coming to this specific location, so Josie can cut my hair. This SportClips location isn’t even the closest location from my apartment, but the extra driving distance is so worth it because Josie does an excellent job every time she gives me a haircut.
Josie takes the time to listen to what you want and need for each visit. This visit was different than usual because I also got a beard trim. After she was done cutting my hair, she trimmed my beard’s edges/edge lines along my face and on my neck, and she also shaved off my mustache.
The hot towel experience was awesome. SportClips has three new smells, and Josie picked the perfect one, Birchwood, without even needing to ask me because she knows me so well she knew I’d enjoy that one.
I also had plenty of fun during this visit as we bantered back and forth. We shared many laughs during this visit as I told her some of my stories. You know you have an excellent hairstylist when you can carry on a conversation with them. It can be super awkward getting your haircut done when your hairstylist doesn’t interact or talk to you while you’re sitting in their chair.
Josie always makes sure to ask what we’re doing today even though she already knows the game plan is going to be me saying, “The same as usual.” Even so, she always makes sure I’m happy with the length on the top of my head because sometimes I want to cut a little bit shorter or kept longer than usual.
At the end of my haircut, she always lets me see the back of hair with her mirror. It’s nice to get a 360 degree angle of your recently finished haircut.
My hair has been looking longer, fuller, and healthier, and that’s all because of Josie. She recommended me products that actually works for my hair.
That’s honestly one of my favorite parts about Josie is she doesn’t sell you products just to sell you products. I’ve had previous experiences where you can quickly tell that the person is just wanting to sell you products they have in their store. Josie is different, and you can truly see that from her. She’s given me multiple products that have truly made a difference for my hair. Even when I wasn’t ready to make a big commitment at first, she started out small with me, so I can could see the difference first, which helped me take the next step in making sure I have the best and healthiest hair possible.
Josie’s schedule recently changed, and she was kind enough to let me know her scheduled days had changed, so when I’m ready for my next haircut, I don’t come in on the wrong day. This is extremely helpful for me as I like to plan my upcoming schedule weekly.
If you want an amazing haircut and a fantastic experience, come visit Josie because you’ll grateful to have someone so experienced to perfectly cut your hair.
