I don't usually respond to these, but I need to shout out Tonya at the Blakeney location (in Charlotte, NC). I brought in my husband who has dementia and mobility issues, and she could not have been kinder. She was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. You would have thought she specialized in dementia care. His haircut was fabulous as well.

I don't us your products, but I really enjoy my stylist, Alexis. She listens to what I want and she knows how to do it. I'm usually in and out in 20 minutes. Price is reasonable.

I’ve had my previous barber for 16 years now and went to see Melissa because he was not available for a while. I’d have to say that Melissa was phenomenal. She asked me exactly what I wanted to do with my hair and made sure she was clear with what she was gonna do and then did an awesome job. My haircut looks great and I will be going to see Melissa again to get my haircut soon. All in all she gave world class Customer Service. I also purchased a bottle of shampoo and conditioner and I love how it’s treating my hair.

Brie gave haircuts to my younger two boys. She corrected a poor cut from another stylist fo one of my sons and did a fantastic fade on my other son. Very friendly. Held an impressive football Convo with my son. Highly recommend.
