After checking in on line we were able to walk right in and only wait a couple minutes. When the stylist pulled our information they were able to a near perfect cut since they had our information from previous visits.

Troy has been mine and my families go to barber/stylist for the last 5-6 months. He is consistently pleasant to talk to and work with. He takes his time to ensure that our haircuts (and beards) are to our liking. He has become more than just our barber, he is more like a close friend now. I will always recommend my friends and family to go see him.

Shauna is very good with kids! We always enjoy her smiling face when she cuts my daughter’s hair. She is very personable and goes above and beyond! 10/10…I would give her a higher rating if it would let me!

I like that you can use the app to see if your preferred stylist is working, and if they are, you can use the app to get in line to schedule your haircut. However, the company policy is to take walk ins ahead of those that signed in on the app. That is a little frustrating. You can sign in on the app, drive to the location, sign in with the location computer, sit down, and then be bumped if you're next on line with your preferred stylist, she finishes, all the other stylists are with customers and a walk in arrives, you get bumped. That being said, that frustration is secondary to the so showing your stylist as working, and then getting in line to get your hair styled by your preferred stylist. It comes down to preferences, I like my hair styled by my preferred stylist, but I also don't enjoy being bumped on busy days. I do like the professionalism, and the rest of the business model.

The hair cut has always been high quality. I have never experienced a bad visit. On my last visit Shauna was my stylist. I told her I was going to a special event and asked about changing my usual style of cut. She was all in. No rush to come to a decision. She had a suggestion that turned out great! I am extremely happy with the cut. I purchased Con Man Hair and Beard Pudding. I do not have a beard but I like the natural feel of my hair while maintaining its style.
