Mollie did a fantastic job with my son’s haircut. She listened to me explain the kind of cut/style I would like. She was very attentive to the details I provided her. She even inquired with my son what style he would like and checked with him throughout the cut to ensure it was to his liking.. She was patient, kind and extremely pleasant. She was also very thorough with her work, taking her time to ensure she was providing quality service and I must say, her service exceeded my expectations! Well done!!! In a time where customer service is so lacking-she proved that there are still individuals with a good work ethic. During my visit I also observed other staff work and they were very efficient and pleasant as well. The store is clean and each member cleans their station before calling back the next customer. That makes for a great experience. I highly recommend Mollie and crew at Charlotte Hall Sports Clips

I'm new to the area and tried Sport Clips for the first time. Frankly, I'm quite pleased with the haircut I received. You can imagine some anxiety going to a new barber not knowing how things will turn out. As it happened, my haircut was exactly what I wanted.
When it came time to pay, I was pleased to learn that the price was even more reasonable than expected due to a seasonal discount. All in all I'm very pleased.
