Outstanding experience at your Charlotte Hall, Maryland location. The store was very clean, hair care products were prominently displayed and the staff was welcoming and accommodating. My stylist Ashley was exceptional and was an active listener about my hair style and we hit it off from the moment she greeted me. I have been a customer at this Sport Clips location for many years and this by far was my best experience. Ashley was just outstanding and a true gem. Please pass my comments on to the store ownership and management team and especially onto Ashley.

This was the first time Ashley cut my hair and it definitely will not be the last. She did an absolutely fantastic job. She was extremely thorough and made sure she did her best. Ive been going to sport clips for years and she by far has done the best job to date.

I love that you have a line of products for kids. At our last visit my son who is 6 was unsure about getting his hair washed. The stylist he was working with took the time and made him feel so comfortable. She took the time to show him how everything worked and walk him through the process. He felt so special and decided to try the shampoo and he loved it!!!! He can’t wait to go back!! Thank you for the support you show to your clients and thank you for making my little guy feel safe.
