I like the personalization with every haircut. Every stylist continues great conversation and is always attentive to what I want. One thing I do want to mention is I tried to book it online yesterday with no success. It stated that your store was off-line. I first thought that possibly the store was closed, but made a phone call to the store to find out that the Internet was not working so I did a walk-in. This may scare away some of your business as they don’t know what exactly is happening. Other than that, nothing but good experiences.
