Reili was awesome! I needed a cut very badly. Work has been brutal and I was at least a month or two beyond needing a cut. She gave no judgement, just gave me her expert opinion when I asked for it. She made conversation easy, she did subtle but impactful upsells, and made the experience very comfortable. I work in Sales and can appreciate the hustle.
