I love getting the VIP treatment for my haircuts, and I enjoy the free neck trim in between those monthly haircuts. Always a pleasure talking with everyone, too!

Services: Free neck trims are genius. Gets me in the door, and by the time I'm called, I've decided I'm ready for a full haircut. I love the MVP. The massage chair, dimmed lights, and massage gun finish all make it a special experience that I look forward to and treat myself. Products: Fresh and sophisticated but not overpowering smell. Simple appearance and marketing. The stylists educate without being pushy.
