Natasha was amazing! My son went in for a haircut Friday afternoon with a different stylist, Missy. Missy did not engage with my son at all. She barely spoke to him and instead talked with the other stylists and customers. She left one side of his hair longer than the other (basically giving him a comb over). She didn't take into account his hair pattern (he has several swirls and cowlicks) so he had several chunks of hair that were too long when they settled into place after washing. Today, however, was drastically different. Natasha not only engaged with my son, but also put him at ease (he thought his bad haircut was his fault). She was able to not only fix the disaster that was his original haircut, but she was kind and considerate to her client.
