Close to my home, with convenient opening times. I like the fact that I can see when my stylist is working and the wait time. The ability to select my stylist is important! I like the MVP treatment!

Even though I come in with no appointment (not knowing when my doctor appointment down the street will end) I am usually taken quite quickly. The stylists have all been very good. This last time the gentleman who did my hair was great.
