The hair stylists are very professional. On the other hand, your appointment scheduling system needs work. The wait times just jump all around. I went from 116 minutes to 52 then down to 38 minutes back up to 56 minutes, down to 22 minutes then back up to 40. I finally just went to the originally scheduled time and Sophy was ready for me. Very frustrating.
