Sophy is a good hair stylist. Your location is convenient. What I dislike is your appointment scheduler. You never know when your stylist is working. You cannot make an appointment in advance. Your count down timer is wonky. On several occasions, my wait time went from 35 minutes down to 1 minute. After rushing to the store, I waited 20-30 minutes.

It's always a great experience coming here. The staff is really friendly, and the appointment process is pretty accurate. I usually get my haircuts with Kourtney and she does a nice job and is always cool to talk to. The store is always clean and inviting and also decorated for the different holidays. Overall a really great location, thanks!

I don't really want to give away my favorite stylist as it could add longer wait times for me... 😀
But Jerrica is awesome! I used to get like a flat top type of hair cut, I asked her about maybe going away from that and she cut my hair perfectly to accomplish! I will be seeing her again in the next couple weeks or so.

I always get the Triple Play from Cyn. Her cut is great and always to my specifications. The shampoo and steam towel are a nice, and reasonable priced, luxury. I have had cuts at much more expensive salons that are mostly hype. But Sport Clips is a great cut at a great price. I'm not a big product guy, but the things I have purchased from Sport Clips are also salon-quality at reasonable prices. And Cyn usually "test-drives" the product on me before I have to commit to buying them. Cyn from Sport Clips is the only person allowed to cut my hair!
