It's very inconsistent. Sometimes you get a good stylist that is knowledgeable and offers Sport Clips programs. Sometimes you don't.

I was charged for a MVP haircut but only received the haircut none of the extra stuff included. I would like a refund or a free haircut on the next visit before i file a dispute for false advertisement and not receiving the service i paid for.
