Great haircuts, nice wash and head massage, with MVP thats followed by a usually too short back massage with a thumper type massager. Feels good! I usually want 5 more mins of that though.

My experience was awesome at this location, they had wrestling on the tv my boys were watching that and coloring and Monique was really great and very talkative asking the right questions. I will definitely be going back to that location

We walked in after 7 and they close at 8. My son wanted a buzz cut. They were super friendly, not in a hurry. She took her time getting his hair just the way he wanted it.

To preface these comments, I would like to say I don’t take surveys very often. As a leader myself, I realize it’s not about the name on the building, but the people that drive the business for companies. With that said and if possible I would give Janeth a 12. Her ability to connect with the client was phenomenal. Her attention to what I wanted and verification of how it felt was rewarding. My review is for Janeth and your store location in Dublin Ohio. She was incredible and knowledgeable. Being from out of town also was able to get a reference for dinner that turned out to be now my favorite place in the area. Thank you for a great experience when I’m back in town, I will look to see if she’s working and specifically go to get my haircut just because of her.
