I brought my 11yo son in with a very botched haircut and Lindsey absolutely fixed it. She comforted my son and me actually from the very beginning, involved both of us on the progress and planning. Called in late on Sunday afternoon with no appointment, and was told to check in online, and they'd be able to get to me shortly. I was seen promptly, given exceptional service, and left with one of the best haircuts I've had in at least five years -- will definitely come back again!

The app is usually very good but has not been accurate the last two times I got a haircut. I had to wait 45 minutes when I got to the store last week. When I arrived I was 2nd in line and had a 15 minute wait time. If I knew I was going to wait I would have arrived later.

The staff are what makes it great, though I also do use product recommended by the stylists. This was my first time with Heather and she did a great job.
