The products and service are explained clearly as well as in a friendly manner. I get my haircut by Taylor, she is always professional, courteous, energetic, and has a way with all her clients. She is a great and rising star in this field.! My only complaint is they used to offer a cold towel service after hair wash. That has not been around for over a month, that is upsetting to me as a frequent customer who enjoys this feature. I hope it comes back soon.

So far, my experience is that using the app, it is easy to find someone you can go to consistently and not feel the stress of needing to explain and wonder what you'll get. Bailey is awesome at paying attention to the details and getting my beard and hair perfect each time.
