The last time I was at this location I had a horrible experience. Stylist told me I was sexist, botched the hair cut, and after trimming my beard had literally ripped a chunk of skin off my neck causing it to scar. My girlfriend then called the store and the stylist that did the hair cut ended up answering told her the haircut was fine and hung up the phone. I was weary going this time but needed a hair cut so I decided to try again. My hair stylist this go around was absolutely amazing. Did everything correctly and even went as far as listening to my concerns about the last hair cut. It was completed in a timely manner, her personality was amazing, easy to get along with, and looks way better than last time. I also then spoke with the store manager as well and we all had a good laugh. Those 2 by far saved me from never going back to sports clips again and deserve all the praise.

I like your product so far but time will tell,i did use Head and Shoulders prior because i would have mild dandruff. I love the service,I had Dawn and she was so pleasant,she is one of the best I think I’ve had that I can remember,I’ll be back if she is available,great person.
