Rosa, my stylist, listened to what kind of cut I wanted and didn't cut it shorter. She gave me a good cut and shaped up my hair like I requested. I walked away very satisfied, felt good and will be back to have her cut my hair again@

I drive 30 minutes to the same place ever since they closed down the one by my house in Kenmore to have Rosa, the manager in Edmonds WA, cut my hair. I don't need to worry about getting a bad haircut before a date, she's been consistently good. I used to try random barber shops, but the MVP experience always makes me feel better.

I don’t always go to Sports Clips for my haircut, may just depend on how busy it is. But that is one great thing about utilizing the mobile app! Being able to see how long the estimated wait time is before deciding where to go. My last experience there, was by far the absolute best I’ve had at a sports clips location! I believe the hairstylist’s name was ‘Rocio’ (please forgive me if I misspelled her name). Not only was she quick, but I was extremely pleased with the results too! I opted for the MVP experience (as I have occasionally done a few other times before), but this one was so much better than I expected. The hair wash and scalp massage at the end was so relaxing that I almost dozed off! To be clear, my previous experiences with the MVP treatment have NOT been bad; however, comparatively speaking, this last one far exceeded my expectations & left a lasting impression. I really hope my recollection of the hairstylist’s name was accurate so I can request her services again!
