I don’t always go to Sports Clips for my haircut, may just depend on how busy it is. But that is one great thing about utilizing the mobile app! Being able to see how long the estimated wait time is before deciding where to go.
My last experience there, was by far the absolute best I’ve had at a sports clips location! I believe the hairstylist’s name was ‘Rocio’ (please forgive me if I misspelled her name). Not only was she quick, but I was extremely pleased with the results too! I opted for the MVP experience (as I have occasionally done a few other times before), but this one was so much better than I expected. The hair wash and scalp massage at the end was so relaxing that I almost dozed off! To be clear, my previous experiences with the MVP treatment have NOT been bad; however, comparatively speaking, this last one far exceeded my expectations & left a lasting impression. I really hope my recollection of the hairstylist’s name was accurate so I can request her services again!

71 yo woman going through Chemo, hair falling out. My husband cut 5 inches off. Went to Sports Clips to have it trimmed up. Cut my hair, made some nice small talk about her Mom going through the same thing 10 years ago. She trimmed it up as best she could do with the cut she had. She didn't even charge me for her services. They do not usually cut womens hair but she made an exception and I truly appreciated it
