The friendliness, speed, talent, and precision of the stylist. Her ability to listen and deliver exactly what I asked for without pressuring me for more. I was presented a unique request coming in with my top layer of short hair braided and requesting to have the undercut shaped and taken from a fade to all one length. I didn't want the top length or style changed at all. She delivered. I was in and out in 15 minutes and feeling more comfortable and confident. I will definitely be back.
