your employees need to have more personality. Talk to the customers greet the customers not just sent around all board talking to themselves. This is the one on Saragosa and El Paso. The barber I had was amazing, sweet, kind, and gentle, but no greeting enthusiasm. Just bored like they don’t want to be there. I got that kind of vibe like nonchalant.
