Why are the work people who take forever cutting on Saturdays. Vickie messed up my fade 2 weekends In. A row. My sone came in and Jason took a long time and cut my hair like a black guy. Im done with this store I'm going to a barbershop.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the consistent decline in service quality on weekends at your location. It appears that your more experienced stylists are regularly not scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays, while less experienced stylists—such as Jason, Vickie, and Juan—are assigned during your busiest times. Unfortunately, this has resulted in repeated unsatisfactory experiences, particularly with basic fade haircuts.
As a loyal customer, I typically bring in my children and myself for a total of three to five haircuts on Saturdays. However, over the past two weekends, the absence of experienced staff—such as Becca, along with both current and previous management—has led me to seek services elsewhere due to poor results and extended wait times.
I believe the issue is not simply staffing, but also a lack of training and oversight. If stylists who are not proficient in essential skills like fading are scheduled during peak hours, it significantly impacts customer satisfaction and retention.
I respectfully request that experienced stylists be scheduled on weekends, or that additional training and supervision be provided to ensure all staff meet the expected standard of service. I value your business, but consistent quality is essential for me to continue returning.

I have been coming to this store for over 2 years every Saturday. I am writing about the worst experience I had with this store: Jason, who cut my hair, and the woman who cut my son's hair afterward. Becca, who usually cuts my hair, was not at the store on Saturday, 21 Mar 26. First, when I checked around 10:30ish it showed I had 36 minutes until my haircut with Jason and then my son Matthew Mediano was up with the girl (I forgot her name). I arrived and we waited 1 hour 45 minutes, then over 2 hours total to be finished. Jason clearly does not know how to cut a high fade and ruined it; I told him not to finish because it was too high and uneven. The woman who cut my son’s hair also did not know how to cut, cut it too short, and left an indent on his head. What disturbed me most was Bernadett’s disdainful way of speaking to me. In the 2 years I’ve been coming here I have never been spoken to so disrespectfully or with such attitude. I explained we had been there over 2 hours and my son’s hair was ruined. She said she didn’t know what to do but would get to us when she could because she was washing someone’s hair. She also acknowledged the girl messed up my son’s haircut and said she would address it later. Her attitude and disrespect that day were completely uncalled for. She never took time to care for customers and seemed more annoyed by my complaint. Also, I told her I had never waited that long before when the sign-in showed only 36 minutes. I am a weekly frequent customer and her disrespect and lack of care regarding mine and my son’s haircuts were unprofessional. Her unprofessionalism is uncalled for as I am a weekly customer with Becca and Recardo who cuts the other in my family hair.

It's hit or miss. Some experiences and locations are really good, some bad. Rodrigo at the Zaragoza location was amazing! He did a fantastic job. I will definitely return to that location.
