The availability of the appointment scheduling app allows the customer to seek out their preferred stylist without having to tie up phone lines. Having the same person familiar with my needs makes it a better experience for both of us. I can't say enough about how well I have been treated by Bianca at El Paso's MLK/Kenworthy location.

Love how fast it is, love they accept walk-ins and the girl from last time was friendly, respectful and did a great job with my sons haircut and gave me different tips for my sons type of hair… the only thing is that I believe it’s a little bit expensive.

Yes my hair stylist name is Bianca and she does a marvelous job styling my hair and making me feel comfortable she's very courteous very outgoing and very polite I really appreciate that she makes me feel at home when I go to get my hair done thank you very much Bianca I would like to also let them know that she is very thorough in her work she's very organized and she just always does a magnificent job making me look good thank you very much I really appreciate that.

The hot face towel, shampoo for the wash smells very good, and the beard products to keep me looking young. No better way to top off a fresh cut. Customer service is top notch as well. Appreciate people who understand how to speak to others.
