The quality of service and variety of services provided are great. They have a beneficial program for repeat customers and/or military discounts that help ease the burden of payments. They offer a variety of aftercare products as well. At this exact location, the young woman Vanessa that just moved from Arizona does a great job! She’s a military spouse, which is specifically relatable for me as I’m also a military spouse.

Our last visit was horrible. My husband was skipped on the list so they could take someone else that was not ahead of him. The lady doing his hair let all the cut hair pile on his face and never blew it off or asked to take it off. She then proceeded to make a call on speaker phone while cutting his hair and resting the phone on his neck. At check out my husband asked about discounts for VFW members since there is a sign on the door that states they are a proud server of the VFW and give a discount if you showed your card. She had no clue what he was talking about and he showed her the sign on the door she was still clueless then when he presented his cared asked is he was a first responder. If you are going to place a sign like that on your building please educate your employees what the VFW is. Was one of the worst experiences we have had there.
