I can't remember the name of the young lady that cut our hair. But she did a great job it was me and my 6 year old son. He doesn't do well with haircuts normally but she was calm and patient with him and got through it great.

I like the choices...several stylists, several levels of services and easy to schedule appointments or just walk-in cuts. The store is always clean and the stylists are always friendly. I also like that I can visit just one location and try out each stylist to find the one who best suits my taste.

Its great, however when there's a 0 minute wait time online there's not a good way to book with a delay, something like 15 to 20 minutes in advance and check in without losing your spot. Then youre just flagged for being late.
