MVP massage is the best part of SportClips. I wish it was longer. Shampoo, 3 minute scalp massage, conditioner, another 3 minute massage. Online checking is also a nice feature.

I was very impressed with my Stylist, she was professional and offered me the options that I wanted and provided a great haircut with exceptional service. She did upsell me, but was not pushy in the least. Her pleasant demeanor and skills as a Stylist made my visit most pleasant and efficient as I needed to squeeze this into a very busy day. Christie was great, I get my head buzzed and my beard trimmed and a lot of times I get rushed through and leave with a less than ideal look. She took her time and I couldn't be happier with the result.

The products my stylist has used fit my hair and the use is demonstrated in such a way as to not make me feel pressured to purchase. My stylist takes the time to discuss with me what look l desire not just before she begins but throughout the styling process. She fits my scalp hair with my facial hair to work a wonderful balance.

I use the Tea Tree Special shampoo and conditioner. It is the best! My hair is healthy and soft. I love Dawn at Sport Clips in Elk River MN. She has mad skills with hair and has helped me learn to appreciate my curls instead of fighting them or cutting them off. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using a couple products and having a trim there for around 10 years. Stylists come and go but quality cut and conversation are alway good. Today was no exception. Good people. Good management.
