Dawn is GREAT! We were a walk in on a Saturday. We attempted to register online but our phone wasn't cooperating, so we took a chance at walking in. Logged in when we arrived, the wait was 108 minutes. There were 3 stylists, all working on clients. As they finished up, either the next scheduled client arrived or didn't. Dawn wasn't messing around, she saw that we were there and had been waiting, the next client up was late, so she took us on. She made my husband look human again! He had spent a couple months out on the road, his hair was long, his beard was long, etc. In the end he looks fantastic and Dawn is GREAT!

It's really nice that we get a good cut and wash and how they take care of us! It also really helps if our stylist can carry a conversation, this way we're just not sitting there only to get a cut. That we can be human and both welcoming.
